Getting into the Correct Niche
You must find the correct niche for yourself if you want to have a successful business online. Of course this is easier said than done. Many people have a difficult time making money since they rapidly dive into their niche without giving it much thought. In the cyber world, diving into the correct niche is everything. There are a few methods that can aid you with choosing the correct niche.
Think About Your Job
The first method you should explore to correctly choose a niche is to think about your job. Many people do not realize that they are experts in what they do. You do spend a great amount of time working and you would not be doing your job if you did not have any knowledge of it. It may not encompass your entire job. There might be a small portion of your job that would be a perfect niche.
Look In The Yellow Pages
The yellow pages have become a great source for discovering the niches. If you glance at all of the pages in the book, you will find many businesses and will soon discover the many parts of a business which will in turn help you discover the correct niche.
Visit a Book Store
Book stores offer great opportunities for those looking to get into the correct niche. In all the bookstores you will find magazine racks and a section dedicated to “How To” books. Look carefully at the topics covered by magazines and books. You will discover which topics are popular or else there would not be a magazine or “How To” book on that topic.
Always Keep a Notebook With You
It is important to keep a notebook with you at all times when discovering the correct niche. This is true because you may never know when a great idea for a niche might come to you. If you do not make note of the idea then you will surely forget it. By keeping a notebook with you at all times, you will be able to jot down any idea that comes to mind.
Discovering the correct niche is essential to your online success. Thinking about your job, looking in the yellow pages, visiting bookstores, and keeping a notebook are all great methods of helping you discover the correct niche.

Three Tips on Beginning a Great Sales Letter
Do you know how to correctly start a great sales letter? You have to hook the reader at the start of the letter if you want to get the rest of it read. A great sales letter will start with one of the following:
Explain the Greatest Benefit
One of the best ways to start a great sales letter is to tell the greatest benefit expected. You need to hook the reader and make them want to read the rest of the letter; that’s the purpose of the headline. Telling the reader the greatest benefit of using your product is a great way to hook them.
You have to make sure you list a benefit, though. Don’t just say what the product does, say how it will help the reader. Before writing the letter make a list of everything your product does, choose the best and put it in the headline.
Use Your Sub-Headline To Explain The Interesting Statement You Made In The Headline.
The sub-headline after the main headline is the second way to start a great sales letter. Be sure to use the sub-headline to build on the headline.
The headline can be a claim that seems too good to be true. Use the sub-headline to back up and explain the claim to make it more believable.
Make an Immediate Connection
Making a connection with the reader as soon as you can is the last tip. This includes the headline. A connection in the headline, if possible, is best. If it’s not possible to make a connection in the headline, make one in the copy just underneath. Getting the reader to nod and answer ‘yes’ to a series of questions will let the reader know you and they are similar. This builds trust, making the reader more open to the likelihood of purchasing your product.
So, to make a great sales letter, begin with the three following tips: Make the headline tell the greatest benefit; back it up in the sub-headline; and connect with your reader as soon as possible. Following these tips will make your sales letters more effective and help make your business more successful.
