The word conversion can be described as the percentage of your visitors that take the necessary action when they come to your web page. This necessary action can be anything from purchasing a service or product to clicking on another website link. You might have many purposes for a page such as a way to sign up for a newsletter or free report. The higher your conversion rate is, the more money you will be more likely to earn. Here is how you can increase your conversion rates.

Catch you reader’s attentions with a catchy headline. It will be the first thing your visitor will read when they hit your website. You will need a phrase that grabs them or makes them want to know more about what you do.

Give your reader’s actions to make within each page. Reader’s like to be able to make quick decisions if they life something and they enjoy a page that is easy to navigate. Put some ‘Call to Action’ phrases such as ‘Buy it Now’ or ‘Click Here to Purchase this Product’. You can also use phrases such as ‘limited time offer’ or ‘only 2 left’. You have to ask your reader’s to take action. If they are not asked they won’t and you won’t make any sales.

Make your text easy to read and define what you are selling in a clear manner. Many people read through web pages quickly and they look for bullet points. Add bullet points to some of your text and be direct with your visitors. They will be drawn to this type of separated and concise information.

If you use graphics or images on your website, make sure they are exact and accurate. People want to know they are getting what they virtually see. Take your own photos to guarantee accuracy if needed.  They should also be easy to see and not blurry.

It is always a good idea to keep your site looking professional and direct. Don’t use flashy colors and strange fonts. You want to run your online business in a professional manner and keep your visitors. Keep your site clean and organized without clutter. Make your site easy to navigate through so your visitors do not get lost in their visit.

It is good to have an ‘About me’ or ‘About us’ page. Visitors like to know there are actually people behind the service or product offer. This will create more trust and therefore increase your conversion and action rates.
