Keeping Track of Your Affiliate Accounts
January 31, 2007 · Print This Article
I’ve been working with several various affiliate programs and have been looking for a way to keep everything organized.
I use to print out all of my emails that contained my affiliate links, login information etc. - It soon became frustrating going through the paperwork.
I then bought an address book and started writing the information down in that, it was working okay but I wanted something that I could do right on my computer.
I then turned to Excel and was trying to keep track of my info there but for some reason I just didn’t like having to put the data there, it just seemed to time consuming.
So I’ve been winging it for a while and have lost some information on programs that I wanted to promote, and have just been an unorganized mess.
I started looking around online trying to find a program that would help me keep things organized but I kept coming up with nothing in my searches, the results kept bringing up things related to those that wanted to start an affiliate program for their products.
I recently was thinking about having someone write a program for me but thought there must be something out there. If I’ve thought of it surely someone else has as well.
Today I FINALLY found something and it was by luck. At first the result that Google pulled up didn’t sound like what I wanted but I visited the site anyway and I must say I was excited. LOL
This program does everything that I’ve been wanting to do and I signed up fast to try out the 15 day free trial and I will be purchasing this at the end of it, for only $47 it is going to save me tons of headaches and now I will have everything in one place and above all it is going to be ORGANIZED. Yea!
If you’ve been looking for something to keep your personal affiliate accounts in order then this program that runs on your computer might be what you have been looking for.
You can test it out for 15 days - no strings attached.

Thanks for the tip. I was just thinking this morning that I needed to start keeping track of the affiliate programs I belong to since they are starting to add up. I immediately thought I’d use Excel, but perhaps I’ll look into this!

Thanks Wendy. Looks like just the thing. I don’t know if it’ll be enough to pry me away from RoboForm though.
I am looking for a way to manage and track all of our affiliate accounts. rather than trying to solve the issue with excel. There does not seem to be a link to the system you are talking about .
Hi Jason,
My apologies. I forgot to change the links when I moved some posts from my old domain. You will find the free 15 day trial at:

I also want to add that the price has been reduced significantly since I originally posted this. It is now priced at $26.95.
